Playback is speeded up..........

Just reviewed dashcam video following a recent "near miss" with an idiot on the M4 and all of the videos play back speeded up so its not easy to keep up with everything.
Seems to me like it is recording in slowmotion which then looks speeded up when played back at "normal" speed.
Does the 0906 have a slowmotion capture mode?

Some cameras do that in parking guard mode to save storage space.
But for regular "always" recording i dont think any dashcam have that option, it would IMO be silly if there was such a option in a dashcam.

Hmmm that sort of makes sense although I was sure I had only wired it in to a switched ignition supply and not used the parking guard connection. Presumably the parking guard mode uses motion detect which of course is always going to be on when driving..!!
Maybe I've mistakenly wired it incorrectly. I'll take a look once the rain stops.....!!!!
