You likely had issues because the contacts on the back of the camera were/are sunken in a little bit, due to warping of the clear plastic piece that holds it in place.
Yea. My viofo works about 2 years with no problems. My car has problem with the interior roof. The fabric fell off and i have to rapair it. VW Polo 6r. Maybe the guy who change the fabric of my roof, touch it, hit it, move it etc, and my viofo start the shutdowns. The truth is that i dint know about the pad between the gps and the camera. I find 4 pieces inside the viofo box, and i use one. Problem not solved. Any way. All good now. Thank you all
