The CPL for our VS1 can be used on the rear camera, but you need to fit it with a double-sided tap yourself. Here is photo showing the installation from our customer:

A229 Pro Test & Review PP

Has anyone tested the heat output of the A229 Plus/Pro? While the A229 Pro has heatsink (And the Plus does not), it records at a higher res (4K) which results in higher bitrate which equals to more heat. I don't mind spending the $$$ for the Pro, however I need something that will survive heat...

I have one. It attaches via adhesive. As is my usual practice my first attempt was misaligned but I was able to lift it off and try again. There is nothing to line up other than having it fit the frame of the lens. My first impression is that compared to the front, the video appears a little darker which is understandable with a CPL. Also, common to all polarizing filters, the ability to remove reflections depends on the direction of the sun with respect to the filter. I will experiment with some exposure compensation and with the angle of the lens to show a little less sky, but so far, at that price, it is worth the shot.
