VW Golf driver completely blew a solid red light and went straight into the middle of a busy junction, catching everyone off-guard. The driver of the Peugeot in front of me was so surprised by it that he even started indicating the wrong way!

 
It's the same as in every country but in reality it's not a piece of paper that makes a good driver. There have been cases over the years of drivers that had driven for more than 20 years with no license or insurance and never had a single problem until the day they were caught on a routine police check.
