Refurbish or repair centers

Does anyone in the US repair the Nextbase 522GW dash cams? I have one camera that I tried to replace the battery but it won’t power up again. I contacted Nextbase and they tell me that they do not have any US service centers. I have another one that is under warranty but also has a bad battery. The batteries in these cameras are cheap and don’t last and will get so hot while trying to charge that they will shut the camera completely.

Yeah there are no one in here that can recommend a battery based camera, unless you live in some rare spot that never get too warm or too cold, both no good for LiPo based batteries.

You have single channel 2K?
