I downloaded this as it was the program suggested by the manufacturer. However I keep getting this error and it's making it impossible to use.
Does anybody know how to either fix it or another free program to use?

I downloaded it from registratorviewer.com. I didn't see a download on your site for the actual programs, just some manuals.

Although, changing the maps seems to have gotten rid of the issue, thanks!

Do you know what the differences is between the Leaflet and OpenLayers are?

software is on the same page as the manuals

not sure of the the difference between leaflet and open layers sorry, a lot of the program is undocumented and not something we can ask the developer anymore unfortunately

I think this happened on the older version and was fixed in the newer version.
