Reregistering to cloud with different email

Can a U1000 be registered fo a Thinkware cloud account without been removed from another first ?
Like if I forgot and can’t reset the login info. Can I just create another cloud account and reregister the cam?
 
Problem solved. Didn’t need to reregister. Luckily I had saved the password not only in 1Password where I changed it by mistake. But also in iOS.
