Gearbest was kind enough to send me over a AUSDOM A261 to take a look at.
Usually I have been doing unboxing videos lately, but it showed up before I was about to leave so I tossed it in the car.
Product page can be found here
Coupon Code:AUSDOM261 brings it down to 86.99
Let's go over the short list here.
Chipset:Ambarella A7LA50
Sensor:OV4689 sensor/4M Pixel
Field of Vision:130
GPS: Built In, and seems to lock on rather quickly.
Video resolutions:
2560 x 1080 30fps 21:9
2304 x 1296 30fps 16:9
1920 x 1080P 30fps 16:9
Bitrate:20MB
Clip file size at 1min:160MB
Firmware:CAR DV 50 ARAK150718A
This camera like some others I have tested has HDR by selecting 1920 x 1080P HDR in the resolutions menu. There is a quick button that lets you go right to the HDR resolution on the cameras home screen without going into the menu. I thought it was a nice touch.
Screen off time seems to be 1min with no adjustable setting.
The mount seems okay. It is a smaller sized T Slot style mount with suction cup only. The cup twist locks into place.
Here is some night clips. No HDR on.
