Video hasn't gone viral yet, Haven't heard about it the news. Don't know the complainant knows about the video of has gone to the police
It reddit, they say another good example of having a dash cam.
The on and off ramps for the highways are the control of the OPP. I got a slight bump stooped at a red light just coming off the hwy at a city road and was informed it was the OPP's jurisdiction even though part of may car was a city road.
Strange, but this stretch of road, Gardiner, is the jurisdiction of the Toronto police even though its an off ramp for a major highway that runs through the province. To the west of that clip, the road is "Queen Elizabeth way (QEW)", which is the highway that goes to the Peace Bridge to Buffalo New York. When the Queen Elizabeth Wy enters Toronto City Limits, it becomes the Gardiner, then it changes it name again, as it goes North to the Don Valley Parkway (DVP). It then changes its name again as it passes the major East west highway to Highway 404.
Here is a clip of a Toronto Police officer and a you guessed it a BMW, on the DVP. If the incident happened 5 kms north of there, it would be the OPP.
