Same camera, different prices?

These appear to be the same product but with greatly different prices? Is one a knock-off website hoping to overcharge? Or are they actually different products somehow? Very confused, please help.

Also, I have an A129 Duo from 2018, works OK but I feel I'm due an upgrade anyway, better image quality etc. Will the updated A129 Pro Duo connect to the existing 3-wire-hardwire kit and rear camera cable from the old A129 Duo?

The DUO are a 2 camera model, the none DUO are just the front camera.

Well, for whatever it's worth one is a UK site and the other is US. I'm sure that has some bearing on pricing.
