Samsung A12 Device Care

[Hopeless]

Hi,

I have the above android phone, and Nextbase 522GW front and cabin view cam,

I have the Nextbase app on my phone, for the last week or so, every day, I'm getting a message on the phone: "Device care, 1 app is overloading and needs to close" the app listed is "Nextbase" 522GW

Any advice please?

Do you have access to another phone, just to eliminate either 522 or phone as the offending item?

We haven't had this error message before, so please can you email some screenshots into us at support@nextbase.com and we can investigate further.
