Scooter (not the motorised kind), no lights at night, busy traffic.

On a scooter, without lights, after sunset, during the rush hour in Central London.
I despair sometimes. So many idiots. All ready to blame someone else when the worst happens.
And some people want presumed liability for motorists so fools like this will be assumed to be innocent victims if they are hit. NO! It would just encourage more behaviour like this.
