Sd card error

SANDISK 256GB High Endurance , card , keep getting an error on Sd card to format, but I can turn off camera and restart it works fine for a few days and get the same error, have reformatted, is it just a bad card ? Or something else?may need to get the Viofo card ?​

Sandisk High Endurance is not recommended by Viofo.

Viofo dash cams are highly sensitive to the quality of the memory cards. Using memory cards outside of the recommendations can result in slow boot time, slow parking mode activation, skipped frames, and errors just like yours.

Wow , Thanks I thought when I got this card it was the right one, have ordered the viofo , it worked well for a few months oh well.

Thankfully you can still keep that memory card aside and use it for other dash cams.

Also with how memory card prices are trending📈. I'd say buy another Viofo memory card before prices go up more. You'll find it useful for troubleshooting, and you'll eventually want to use a new one anyway after a year or so of use with the previous one.

Personally, I take out the memory card from my A329S every so often to take a look at the locked videos, and I have the spare one in just in case something happens to my car during parking mode.
