Someone is having a bad day walking home?

A white BMW sedan is trying to pull out a mini parking when a guy walking pass the Little Caesar pizzeria see the car blocking his way, he either hits the car and then walks around the back of the car and precede to throw something at the car or waive the driver away and walks away, then the White BMW driver lower his passenger side window and say something to the guy, which then caused the guy to walk back towards the BMW and then kick it on the side as the BMW speed off away from him.

Seem like someone was having a bad day or maybe he felt entitled to have cars back off so he can walk a straight path.

Or maybe it was just BMW driver feeling entitled to block the sidewalk (which is illegal just about everywhere in the US) and took offense when the pedestrian pointed out his arrogance.
