How did he end up at such an extreme angle to begin with?
 
That Starbucks is on the corner of a busy entrance to a shopping mall. As you can see he was parked in a difficult spot to back out of. I'm a daily patron and I never park my car in that spot. I always back into parking spots when patronizing that shopping area. The video shows auto's speeding in and out of that parking lot onto a busy road.
People have complained many times on social sites Yelp etc...
