Strange framerate? DR500GW-HD

I've picked up Pinnacle Studio to edit my dash cam video. I spent the weekend trying to export the file to a format I can share with others. The Pinnacle program won't work, I've been in contact with Pinnacle. They believe it's my BlackVue's DR600GW-HD 30.3 fps that's preventing it from being converted to a usable format. Which would mean the week I spent compiling, editing, splicing & trimming were all wasted.
 
Apparently it wasn't the frame rate that was giving me the problem. I tried a short clip from my project and it worked! I had had scenes that used the Pinnacle Studio's speed effects, some scenes were sped up. It looks like the sped up scenes were causing all the problems. So a live screen capture of the sped up scenes spliced back into my project and it now works!
