Support for TCL SVC200?

Is there any support or firmware update for the TCL SVC200 camera? I just got one, and it locks up after about 9 minutes of recording. Have to remove the battery to unlock it. I tried changing the SD card, no improvement. Any suggestions? I know it's a low-budget camera, but reviews were generally good.

I had a similar problem. I contacted the vendor and asked for a firmware update (v1.0.2) which fixed the problem.

Excellent piece of kit, cheaper and by all accounts better than the Sony and basic HG Pro easier to operate , better built and more sensible functions, also comes with all the adapters you should need no need to spend £50 for each additional add on, remote control is excellent and make s action shots on motorbikes a dream no messing around, very sturdy fittings for attaching to equipment/Bikes etc was going to get a Sony as well for front and rear action but may get another one of these, especially if remote sets the record on both 10/10..
