I noticed that video and gps data are not synced: the gps data seem to be about 10 seconds in advance respect to video.
My bitrate is 13mbps in front camera and 6mbps in rear one.

I noticed also the video is not smooth: i have the original blackvue 64gb card

If the video is jerky then the bit-rate is too high for the SD card to cope. Reduce the bit-rate on the rear to 4 Mbps. If it still jerky reduce the front camera by 1 to 2 Mbps until the video becomes smooth. Also make sure you are not using the WiFi to stream any LIVE video this reduces the frame rate to 15 fps.

Alternative is to get a a better quality Micro SD card that will support the higher bit rates.

Look at post 8 and 13 in the below forum thread for comparison of Micro SD cards. Get hold of the same testing software (CrystalDiskMark) and test the speed of your Micro SD Card for comparison. NOTE using the software will erase the contents of your Micro SD card.

For the Samsung Card the write rates equal: Calculation from (http://www.numion.com/calculators/units.html)
18.99 MB/s = 151.92 mbps
3.710 MB/s = 29.68 mbps
1.656 MB/s = 13.248 mbps
1.695 MB/s = 13.56 mbps

For the Kingston in post 13: Calculation from (http://www.numion.com/calculators/units.html)
46.08 MB/s = 368.64 mbps
0.8 MB/s = 6.4 mbps
0.4 MB/s = 3.2 mbps
