Van driver - 12 feet airborne!

There are some (many?) people who should receive a lifetime driving ban, but it almost never seems to happen :( I do know of one case though, and it wasn't his driving but a case of racism and mistaken identity from decades ago.

Privileges should never be simply granted- they should be earned and given only to those who use those privileges wisely and well. It's called personal responsibility and not everyone is capable of being highly responsible ;)
