Could be, but I don't think so. The guy looks half sloshed, probably wouldn't have seen double decker if it had been there.

I think if it was a setup it will not have been filmed with a dashcam, and dont forget some humans have the capacity to be monumentally stupid.
And i i think ( science still have to verify this ) smarphones work like a amplifier for stupid.
