I'm still having issues as of a few hours ago. I get both unregistered account errors, and network error messages.

When Vantrue staff returns to the office (February 5th) I'll shoot them a message. It's Chinese New Year so everyone is out for the next week.

I'm Testing and Reviewing the N2X with the LTE Modem, and I can't do this with what I surmise to be their servers offline causing network errors.

Therefore, getting this resolved is crucial so I can continue testing and complete my review.

Vantrue has been VERY RESPONSIVE and HELPFUL on all questions I've asked, so I imagine they will look into the problem ASAP once notified.

Everything works now. Logging in. Remote viewing from SD card. So we're back in action. I'm guessing Vantrue must have done some update to their server, although I can't rule out the firmware update having resolved the issue, too.

None the less everything works as it should now.

I received a message that they found a "bug" on their servers and fixed it. However, I'm still having the same issue I've been having. My error is "account not registered, please check if input is correct". I'm wondering if it's because I created my account, and registered my device, during the timeframe that they were having this server issue. I created my account using a Chrome web browser from my Windows 11 laptop.

Okay, I have a question. Which of their Websites are you guys registering your accounts on so that you can then login from the phone app? I have registered on Vantrue.net, Vantrue.com, and Vantrue.us. I still cannot login from the app!

Finally figured out how to actually get registered thru the App itself. It seems strange that it won't use the information I already provided at their 3 websites! Oh well.

I tried that same procedure and creating an account on their website DID NOT transfer over to creating an account on their app.

Everything is back up and working. I've got a funny hunch my bug report of their server not letting streaming take place resulted in the downtime.

Not sure if needed, but that LTE Modem is a kickass feature. If your camera is hardwired, you can remote into the vehicle and view live footage anywhere in the world. You can also stream all files from SD card remotely and view Events uploaded to cloud.

Wow, that sounds like an awesome feature, but how expensive is the monthly service?

You need a sim card with a Data plan on it. I have 4GB of data on the sim card inserted. If you wish, the LTE Modem is also a Hotspot in your vehicle, too.

Maybe check Amazon. Now that Vantrue has it working, I 100% recommend it, especially with your car hardwired.

My vehicle already has 2 cameras so I have tested it with 12V plug, but I really do like the LTE Modem now.
