Video playback

Trying to set up my new A118c. I ran the recording for a few minutes and then tried to playback the recording but it was a series of fast snapshots. Put the tf card into a pc and played back using Quicktime. Same effect.
Is this a setting issue or a firmware problem?
 
What memory card are you using?

Are you copying the files to hard drive first before trying to playback?
 
Hi jokiin. Thanks for your prompt reply. I thought I would re-format and try again. This time with success. Problem gone away. Thanks again.
