VIOFO A139 3CH dash cam

The WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) wont turn on . When i press it, it stays in the off position.
Everything else works perfect on the dash cam . Is there another setting
that should be in the on or off position , in order for the WDR to turn on ?

any help would be appreciated thank you
 
May I know your firmware version number?
