Could you please confirm if there are any issues with FWA329S.bin V2.2_260815?

I have two sets of A329s, and I want to ensure there are no issues before updating.

You should wait, then, and only update after 1-2 weeks (it's only been 1 day since it became available to the public). Any issues will be discovered and reported by early adopters. It's never safe to quickly update to a new firmware release as soon as it's been publicly released.

This is also why companies usually slowly distribute a new firmware release via their online update channel, so it can be stopped if a critical bug is discovered. Don't expect the Viofo app to announce a new firmware right away.

Thank you for your reply.

I haven’t updated yet I’m still on version 2.0. I asked because Viofo announced the new release on 08/15. If someone tests the new version without issues, I will then update.

It takes 3-6 months to fully test a firmware, and even then we still find bugs.
I updated both my A329S units last night, and they’re still in one piece 🤣
Live a little, it’s not like you can’t revert back to a previous firmware.
