Vueroid Announces new 4K dash cam - S1 Infinite

I am a race fan at heart. Sonoma is an interesting track and was repaved in 2024. Here is a in-car video of Ty Gibbs at Sonoma, notice how the (unknown brand) in-car cam records what the driver sees and feels. It can be a rough ride, and the car setup, tires, suspension are everything.

The VUEROID S1 video from Sonoma accurately reflected what the driver was experiencing. That "driver experience" on a video is what most of us race fans appreciate.

I guess we shall see. Take too long your product ends up outdated and behind. Go to early and you could have software or hardware challenges. I know Blackvue is delayed, and Thinkware is delayed. I bet by the the time they release their products we will already see more new and upcoming products from other companies.

I don't see significant vibration on that video, there is a little during some gear changes, but most of the time nothing visible.

The track is rather rough in places, and the camera does move with the bumps, as it should, nothing wrong with that.
Better driving on this video too.

The continuous vibration and resulting rolling shutter distortion on the Vueroid clip are undesirable, but quite likely from the windshield rather than the camera.

The vibration is a bit fast for EIS, so you would probably end up with rolling shutter distortions, and it would look worse.

Sometimes you want the real vibrations recorded, in accidents and in earthquakes.

With how fast these cars drive, any tiny bump is amplified. That video is very solid given the speed and sharp curves. I doubt you'd get anything better from another dashcam.
 
Well, on only request Vueriod will sell the product on other e-commerce platforms so it will be easily accessible to purchase.

사측에서도 하드웨어와 기술력 투자해 가면서 아무리 프리미엄급 제품을 개발해도 흔한 말로 팔리지 않으면 접을 수 밖에 없는 것이죠.
국내 업체 가운데에도 사측의 모든 업력을 모아서 기막힌 제품을 출시했음에도 소비자들이 그 제품의 가치를 몰라서 폐기된 제품과 기업들이 꽤 있습니다. 제가 알기만 해도 말이죠. 그런거죠.
블박 제조사 문제라기 보다는 국내 블박 유저들의 눈높이가 아직 그렇다는 의미입니다.
FHD에서 3~4년 전에서야 QHD 제품으로 유저들 눈높이를 만족했고 대중화 4K를 불과 1~2년 전에서야 맛을 보였고 현재 국내 유저들에게 4K 눈높이를 유도하고 있는 실정입니다. 가성비 칩셋으로 말이죠.
기업입장에서는 시기적, 소비층의 변화를 유도하면서 단계적으로 시장을 형성해 나가게 되는 것이죠.

블박 카페에서 활동하시겠지만 회원이 얼마나 될까요?
차량 2천5백만대 가운데 블박동호회에서 몇 명의 소위 신고를 위해 애쓰시는 분들이 몇 분이나 될까요?
새 발의 피보다 더 안될 겁니다.
기업은 어차피 팔려야 그 자금으로 R&D를 해 나가기 때문에 소비층을 무시할 수도, 무시해서도 안되겠죠.
블박은 공산품이라 양복처럼 개인적으로 맞춤양복할 수도 없는 일이라...

Using the T800 and S1Pro MAX i am thinking for daytime i would prefer to run the camera vanilla, so no HDR or other funny stuff.
