Well here's a strange thing!
Loaded the dogs into the car this morning, as I got in there was a 'low battery - start engine' warning on the dash, now I'd had the doors open on Saturday morning for about 20 minutes, but that shouldn't have caused any issues as the cars BMS (Battery Management System) is quite good at shutting stuff down if the battery terminal voltage drops.
I have a battery monitor connected to the car, which on later checking shows this:-

And this from the previous day when the car wasn't used

Which is odd....
Now the only thing other than the battery monitor, that is non-original is the D40-Q2, so I thought I'd check the settings - I have the cutoff voltage set pretty low
Connected to the car OK but the settings page is blank

The front page of the app is OK and I can connect to live view, Initial settings & recordings OK

The phone software recently had an update but I'd not had cause to visit the settings page for a long time

Things I've tried:
Disconnect/reconnect power to camera
Reboot phone - twice
Uninstall app - reboot phone - reinstall app - reboot phone

I haven't yet pressed the reset button on the side of the D40-Q2 as I'm unsure if it will reset everything back to default, and If I still can't access the settings page, that would be more of an issue!

The current draw won't be something daft like interior lights left on as they are shut off by the cars BMS, the battery itself is only a few months old so unlikely to be defective - nevertheless, I'll be running a test on it in work tomorrow!

This is the typical quiescent current draw on a working day, the overnight draw is 'normal' and attributable to the camera - purely because the daytime has no current draw as the parking location is geofenced, which in turn shows it's not the vehicle drawing the SoC down.
