Was my external battery install done correctly?

Went to have my Viofo A229 Pro installed with a Thinkware iVolt Xtra mixed into the loop. First go round, he didn't install it correctly and it blew the fuse. I go back and he realizes the fuse is blown and he replaces it with a 15. My question to him when it first blew was "Did you have to use a 20 amp?", and I asked him that because I've seen dash cam battery installations call for a 20 amp fuse. He kept going on about the 15 amp fuse so I'm not entirely sure. Took a snapshot of the bottom of my fuse box, did he do this correctly? It's charging now and seems to be working in parking mode. Just don't want to have to go back unless I have to.
