Update: Running only the main camera seems to be fine. With the rear camera connected I seem to have issues. I've attached a screenshot of the files with their durations for a couple of the events.

It can only be 1 of 3 things then.

The rear camera cable is bad
The port on the rear camera is bad
The rear port on the main front camera is bad
