What on earth have they done with the app?

Tried to reformat my SD card via the app but now find you have to verify the camera by entering your email address and password, which I couldn’t remember. It used to be so easy. What the hell have BlackVue done?

Can you do a hard reset on the camera and then re-enter your info and a new password?
