I tried to get attention but couldn't.
Honking is not good as driver may think I'm honking because he's slow.

they'd have to be completely deaf, and not have any feeling at all (wind, cold, humidity). just think how windy and loud it gets with a window open - now imagine opening two doors while moving. they certainly knew it was open. probably broken or something.

It was snowing and it got heavier the more I headed west from there.
I had to turn my heat on as the outside temp was 31 degrees so I can't imagine what that guy was doing.
Maybe broken or he thought he closed it but it wasn't all the way so it flung out.
Also, the speed becomes 65mph after that last light so hopefully, he didn't drop anything on the freeway.
