Which LTE Cloud Cam To Buy ?

Hey all :)

Had Viofo A129 Duo until it stopped working few days ago
Now looking for my next dashcam.. Looking for LTE support and cloud support as well.
What are my options besides Blackvue and Thinkware ?
Blackvue LTE options are too much expensive - yet, is it really worth it ?
I have another option which I didn't see too many review or any info here - DDPAI X5 PRO ( I live in Israel, and we have a CLOUD module to add to this specific cam - but its pretty much same price as Blackvue )

Please help :\
