Wifi connect to apple iPhone 4S fail...

My phone will connect to black Vue but when I go into the app version 1.300 to connect it said can not find blkvue...please help!
 
Post in the Blackvue forum would probably get better answers,

Also a bit more info wouldn't go amiss Like how are you trying to connect Camera to phone or phone to camera It can make a difference

Also which camera have you got
 
I have the BlackVue DR500GW-HD. My iPhone will connect to the blkvue wifi, but when I go to my apple app to connect it said: "Cannot find BlackVue".
