I'm assuming it's ok to ask this, but ban me forever if I'm wrong!
I have a new Wolfbox G900 and, rear-camera resolution aside (bad), it's... lacking. From my elementary look at the latest firmware file, it's a basic Android system (no surprise there). Has anyone worked on custom firmware for this thing? Specifically, I'm looking for three new features:
I have a new Wolfbox G900 and, rear-camera resolution aside (bad), it's... lacking. From my elementary look at the latest firmware file, it's a basic Android system (no surprise there). Has anyone worked on custom firmware for this thing? Specifically, I'm looking for three new features:
- Change the SD card formatting to something that works with both Mac and Windows machines (like every other RVM+dashcam out there). For some reason, Wolfbox's exFAT format does not work with Apple devices, and they know, and do not care.
- Make the size of the red recording dot in the corner about 3x smaller. It's ridiculously sized and distracting.
- Change the font for the time display to something that doesn't take up an entire third of the screen.
