Yupiteru DRY-FH31 SD Card & Software

Hi,
How does one format the SD cards for Yupiteru DRY-FH31 to ensure that they are compatible and can work. Please share how I can get this.
Do you need any special software to access the saved videos or pics?

Welcome to the forum Jack.

Totally not familiar with that brand of dashcamera, but most dashcams will format the memory card if it is inserted and not a correct format.
The video files you should be able to play with any media player software.
If you want to view the metadata such as GPS position on a map while you watch the video, then you need a dedicated dashcam player, some are provided by the camera brand some are universal but still need to support your camera brand / model.
Such players could be DVplayer or dashcam viewer.
Not sure with dv player but dashcam viewer have a fully functional demo that are only limited in that it can only load a couple of files at the time.

I care only for the video recorded so i use a media player called Potplayer, but the players build into my windows 10 also work just fine.

camera only supports up to 32GB cards, no special formatting required
