I just received a X2 pre-sales question recently that said:
"Im interested in the Panorama X2, as my Lukas 7950 has too many issues and I'm sending it back."

welp im new to this forum and have been researching on what to get. I have two cars that I need to get, one for the misses and then myself. My car is also doubles as a weekend track car. This post has me more leaning towards the X2 but the issues with firmware stability are making me iffy!
 
To be honest it's a no brainer as things currently stand - I've been running beta firmware for a couple of weeks and the X2 has been absolutely fine

It's sat side by side with the Lukas and they really need to sort out the issues with it being unable to cope as the bitrate rises and dropping footage as it displays CHK on the screen constantly.

Maybe with the Lukas the only answer they have is to drop the bitrate further or cap the highest level it can go to - why they didn't use a card for each channel is unknown as that would more than likely fix the problem instantly.
