Sorry, I wasn't clear enough.
What I ment is you are already connected with UP04/UP05 - can I connect to the camera Wifi hotspot and use it this way as a gateway, e.g. connect a phone and use it as if the phone is connected the a home Wifi to access Internet?

No, this won't be possible.
 
The hardkit uses specific security protocols that only allow access to the live camera feed and parking notifications through its own system. Unfortunately, it cannot function as a general Wi-Fi gateway, and it does not support connecting to any other Wi-Fi networks besides the one provided by the camera itself.
 
That's really pity.

My car have Internet that can only used by the car, my phone has Internet and can be shared with car, but not with the dash camera, the dash cam has internet, but only used by the cam.
A simple router has a possibility to create a guest ssid, but no, a dash cam cannot have this option.
 
I tested the camera in parking mode and I think there's a problem. If the camera is tracking someone and another person hits the car, the camera doesn't start recording in parking mode — it just stays in the motion tracking mode.
 
The Omni 4K got a new firmware update with smaller fixes:
