A129 Plus Duo Gps problem

I have (2) A129s a duo and a plus duo in two different vehicles. The gps module does not work for plus model but does work for the duo. In the other vehicle the gps works for both cameras. What could cause the gps not to work for the plus model but work for the duo model?
 
New A129 DUO's and new A129 Plus cameras use the same GPS mount. However, if your A129 DUO's are older (by at least 2 to 3 years), then it may not work with the newer A129 Plus. The GPS was redesigned a few years back and is now not compatible with the newer A129 series cameras.
