In your 2nd and 3rd videos, the camera is in Auto Event Detection Mode, so it will stop recording (and the REC light will flash) when not sensing motion.
Are you saying your camera is "stuck" in parking mode?
Be sure motion detection is off.

Most of such issues are related to the memory card, we suggest formatting the memory card first, or replacing it with a High or Max Endurance card.
If you use the parking mode, you can try to use the low bitrate recording first.
