A129 Pro Duo No sound on my video

HI Everyone!

My video's do not have any sound. I check in settings and Audio is on. What am I missing?

Please excuse me if this has been asked before. I've been looking through all the treads and haven't found this question yet.

How are you playing back the files? If played back on the camera itself, is there audio?

I've replayed it using the APP, then downloaded same clip onto my phone and still nothing.

When recording is the Mic led on? If not, you can turn it on with a button sequence...

Make sure there are 2 LEDs are on during drives (REC & MIC). If MIC has no red LED, just press on the MIC button, that should start recording audio.

Thanks you everyone. I feel stupid but It was the MIC button and operator error.

No problem. I've had my unit over a year and it happened to me a couple of weeks ago!
