A229 Pro Queries: Skip Recording issue

Hi, I have a new dashcam(A229 Pro). The issue is it SKIP recording(running and parking mode).
for example. i have a footage from 1pm-2pm and it jumps to 4pm. it misses 2-4pm footage.
I have updated the firmware and still it skips.
Settings: All high.

Any recommendations is highly appreciated.
