A800S custom firmware?

Hello everyone
I have had a problem for a while, I can't see the Wi-Fi SSD of the cam, my cam is A800S, and i tried everything ( factory restore, installing every firmware available, changing between 2.4G and 5G, turning wifi on and off ... etc.), I tried also different devices iPhone and Android with no luck.
Has anyone had the same issue?
Is there any possible fix ??

I also tried to add the SSID and password as it might be hidden , also no luck
