Another Pet Peeve--Drivers using median way ahead of turn signal...

The turn lane for them starts at 11 seconds in the video but they use center lane as the traffic is slow on the through lanes.
I had to turn left after Wendy's and vehicles kept on coming but the center lane is for turning right there, not for driving quarter mile.
If I were not there, they'd have made it turn lane from even further ahead.

Almost hit two of them.

Ah just get in front of them where you want to turn. They'd either have to stop and wait for you to move or get back on the road.

Some cars do go on the turn lane too early mainly to skip the long que on staight through lanes. Ideally you're supposed to get in only where there's white line to indicate the start of turn lane for the intersection, and not a quarter mile back. But no one gives a fudge.
