Another way of running traffic lights

When my right turn lights are red, opposite right hand turn is green, and vice versa. So when my lights go green, across from me the car stops (correctly) at his red. But the car behind him had other ideas...

If the plate was readable on camera I'd have no hesitation in reporting the tosser to the cops.

I turned this guy in days ago, not even a confirmation " we got your MSG" from the cops, pretty sure nothing will happen.

Thats a 1100 CCM yamaha motorcycle overtaking on the right, and on a bicycle path, i am pretty sure thats at least 2 of 3 marks on his license and at least 2 X 1500 DKkr fine.
