My work round is this:
Not sure what's happening with your battery - mine just jumps into life straight away. I have had odd behaviour that has been fixed by changing the cig power supply and the cable - may be worth a shot?
- Use the app, connect to the camera etc (all as normal).
- In the app, go to Me - About - Comments to force the app to disconnect from the camera.
- Exit the app (twice on the back button).
- Go to recent apps list, and close DDPai. This is the important step - it seems to stop the app from randomly connecting to the camera at some point in the future.
