Basic questions about heat tolerance and Hybrid cars?

I live in a climate where the temps can reach 105 during the summer (dry heat) with no access to garage parking. I am wondering specifically about the blackvue line but am open to suggestions. If memory cards can also handle the heat-are some brands better then others?
Even more generally, do hybrid cars do ok with aftermarket electronics? More specifically I am thinking of adding on a alarm system, dash cam and basic stereo upgrade (speakers, amp and maybe basic line out converter) just wondering if this taxes the electrical/battery system too much? Pretty general I know lol.
