Best buy for money and quality?

I have narrowed it down to Thinkware U3000 (USD 520) og Viofo A229 2CH Pro (USD 490). And maybe Viofo A139 3 CH Pro (USD 510). Not sure if I need 3 cameras though.
From what I have read and seen so far, Viofo is best regarding reading license plates, but also very good at night. Better than U3000. Again what I have read and seen so far.

Any suggestions and recommendations of choice?
