[Canada] Blocking up the street crossing a double solid yellow

For those of you who know the Vanvouver area, this is in Richmond. I started to get into the idea of a dashcam when I used to live in Richmond. The place has seriously sketchy drivers, and the highest crash rate of any municipality in BC.

same vehicle that nearly hit someone turning in front of him... can't be too many toyotas that color green with an actual hood ornament. i think toyota stopped putting vertical hood ornaments on vehicles shortly after they switched to that "sombrero" logo - some time around 1990.
