Cannot Update Firmware

I downloaded Mini0805-FW-20150423.bin from http://www.splashetech.net/ and followed their instructions.
However nothing happens when I put the card in the camera and turn on.

My FW is still 20141211 V1.0. Do I have to rename the file to 20150423.bin?

Did you notice any differences with old firmware?
