Car Fire Drive By POP Caught on DashCam Pittsburg California Highway 242

While Beta Testing a new A7 Dual Channel camera, I drove by this car fire on the way home today.

The POP scared the heck out of me when I thought it was about to explode. (way louder than it sounds on cam)

What is the make of that pos? The black marks up to the scene of the rear ender suggests it doesn't have ABS? I thought all cars these days had it?

Not everything comes with ABS. and that Nissan Altima is probably about 10 years old, so even less likely to have it. also, some people are flippin' idiots. i was riding with someone once and he had to panic stop. would've been fine except he also yanked the handbrake, completely negating the ABS on the rear wheels. dumbass. i don't ride with him anymore.

the pop was the tire exploding. if you look close you can see the car drop down as it goes out of the frame.
