Cellink neo 8+s showing wrong current and rest energy

Hallo, I bought a new cellink neo 8+s, is connected to Acc signal In engine junction box with 4mm2 wire. On charging is only 0.5v less like on car battery. But I have problem with this what showing app on phone. On charging from 0 do 99 % is ok. But last percent need much, much... more time like previous. And on parking when camera is on after 24h application are showing 53% but output voltage is online 11.8 and my camera turned off. When I will charge again application starts from 0% ist normal that what app show are not so true?

Cellink neo 8+ battery is useless only lasted one year, gone back to using my Cellink neo 6,

I found solution, I did reset in app. and now charge state and current are good
